Participants are advised to register in advance, before March 31, 2008, in order to receive the early registration discount. Participants are kindly cordially asked to make registration through PCCS 2008 website or to download Registration From and send it to Secretariat by fax (+82-2-3452-7292). * Registration fee (Incl. Accompanying family member) includes admission to all sessions and exhibition,
meeting materials, welcome reception, coffee breaks, and gala dinner.
* Physician in training must submit the official document attesting to the status from the chairperson
of department.

A direct bank transfer should be made to the account below. A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be attached to the registration form. Please note that the bank charge for remittance should be paid by the registrants.

Registration Confirmation
Your registration will be acknowledged in writing with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Registration will be confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Your confirmation slip should be well kept and submitted at the on-site registration desk for final confirmation.
Cancellation & Refunds Policy
Cancellation should be received in writing to the Secretariat. The following cancellation policy will apply.
