 Hotel Reservation Instruction
The Organizing Committee of the 2nd Asia-Pacific Congress of PCCS has secured accommodations in and around the Congress venue, offering special reduced rates for accommodation. Reservations can make through PCCS 2008 website by filling in the on-line Hotel Reservation page. Depending on the availability of rooms, rooms will be allocated on a first-come first-basis. To secure the room, a deposit for one night or credit card information will be required upon reservation.

Deadline for Hotel Reservation
Deadline for hotel reservation is April 30, 2008. Any requests received after the deadline, the secretariat will not be able to guarantee room availability. If you cancel your hotel reservation after the deadline, please note that cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.
Hotel Deposit & Cancellation
To secure room reservation, all reservation must be guaranteed by deposit of one night payment or credit card information must be given in advance. All hotel charges guaranteed by credit card information will be settled when checking out. Any cancellation or modification in accommodation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by April 30, 2008.
